All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
For safety, contamination, and regulatory reasons, opened or delivered products cannot be returned
under any circumstances.
By placing an order with Vitalabs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed
delivery.
Your email must include:
Signature Required for Orders Over $300 For security and fraud prevention, any order totaling $300 or more will require a signature upon delivery. By placing an order over $300, the customer agrees to accept and sign for the package at the delivery address provided. If a signature-required package is refused or unavailable for delivery, additional shipping or rescheduling fees may apply.
Once a package is signed for at the delivery address, the order is considered successfully delivered
and fulfilled.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Vitalabs is not responsible for orders that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
- Lost after delivery confirmation by the carrier
- Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.Carrier Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, the order is considered successfully
delivered and fulfilled.
Vitalabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, therefore orders cannot be modified or canceled
once placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this
policy.
Customers who file fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may:
- Be permanently banned from future purchases
- Have their information reported to payment processors and fraud prevention networks
We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and encourage customers to contact us directly
first.
